Sej Brar is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office and is a member of the Life Sciences & Pharma practice.
Sej has over 12 years of consulting experience, and his work has spanned many client types, including large-cap global companies, midcap/specialty players and financial sponsors, such as hedge funds and private equity funds. He has a particular focus on working with biopharma and medical devices companies to deliver projects in corporate strategy, investment advisory, and Organization & Performance (O&P). Key areas of expertise include franchise/product strategy, growth strategy, business development/transaction support, commercial excellence and organizational effectiveness.
Before joining L.E.K., Sej worked in strategy consulting at the Monitor Group and Deloitte. He holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A., Cum Laude, in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University.
