Based in Dubai, Pawel brings over 17 years of strategy consulting experience, serving as a critical bridge between business and technical executives to ensure that technology solutions are seamlessly aligned with business objectives. He has built a global reputation for delivering highly innovative and transformative projects for top-tier clients, particularly in financial services (retail and corporate banking, regulatory), as well as in government, military, and defense.

Pawel is driven by digital innovation with primary expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and applied AI across multiple industries. His dedication enables businesses to make more informed decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and address strategic challenges. For example, he led the creation of AI-driven decision-making engine for early risk detection in financial services. In the defense industry, he led the creation of AI and reinforcement learning (DQN) solution for the autonomous identification and classification of objects in the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS), including anti-jamming reallocation.

Pawel has lived and worked in the United States, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Poland and United Arab Emirates, serving clients worldwide.

Before joining L.E.K. in 2024, Pawel served clients at other prestigious strategy consulting firms. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Robotics, as well as an MSc in Computer Science from the Technical University of Opole, Poland, where he graduated with honors.
