Jan Schneiderbanger is a Partner in L.E.K.’s London office and has been with the firm since 2014. He is a member of L.E.K.’s European Consumer practice focusing on retail and consumer products.
Jan has extensive experience advising large and medium sized organisations on growth strategy, customer segmentation, channel strategy, loyalty, proposition development and market entry strategy. He also advises clients on pricing and commercial effectiveness including end-customer pricing, channel pricing & trade spend optimization, and go-to-market strategy & capabilities.
Jan also has led numerous buy and sell-side transactions across a broader range of consumer assets.
He holds an MSc in economics and management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in economics from the University of Warwick.
