Feroz Sanaulla

Feroz Sanaulla is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting. Based in Dubai, Feroz leads the private equity and corporate finance segment within the financial services practice across the GCC, where he advises clients on deal conception, deal structuring, due diligences and shaping exits with maximum shareholder returns. Feroz also has substantial experience in the Web3.0 sector and has been a thought leader in the areas of blockchain deployments, tokenization and Web3.0 strategies for financial services. Feroz engages with regional boards to shape growth and productivity agendas. 

Feroz joined L.E.K. in 2024 after serving for over 10 years as the head of financial services and head of technology and innovation at two leading global strategy consulting firms.  Feroz also founded a boutique consulting firm and exited to a leading consulting firm. Before consulting, Feroz was the founder of two financial services companies with one exit. He also co-founded Coding Circle, a personal passion project to teach kids coding skills. Prior to entering the entrepreneurship and consulting world, Feroz worked for 14 years at Intel in multiple divisions (finance, procurement, production and investments) and built their venture capital and private equity division covering Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

Feroz has been a speaker at GITEX and multiple financial forums including Wealth today summit, Abu Dhabi Finance Week, Harvard University, ArabNet, TechWadi, WAMDA and many other conferences. Feroz is based in Dubai and is a past-member of the Abu Dhabi Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization,  and currently is a charter member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).

Feroz holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Maryland and an MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
